1. WHERE CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED? 

When you place an order on our Sites, your order will be shipped to the address designated by you as long as that shipping address is within the United States and compliant with the shipping restrictions set out herein. International shipping and shipping to Alaska and US territories are not available. You may be denied in access to the order form, if you are ordering from the territory of the state other than the USA. 

2. WHEN DOES THE SHIPPING START? 

Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. We endeavor to process all orders for in stock items within 2 business days. Your orders are processed Monday through Friday. Shipping is not available on Saturday and Sunday. We do not process orders and ship on certain public holidays. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email. We may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipping of any order. 

3. HOW CAN I SELECT A SHIPPING METHOD? 

In order to arrange shipping of the ordered Products you need to select a shipping method during the checkout process. 

4. WHICH SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE? 

We offer the following convenient shipping options: 
For ready-made Products: 
- Standard shipping (up to 5 business days) - free. 
- Expedited shipping (up to 3 business days) - $12. 

5. WHEN SHALL I PAY FOR SHIPPING? 

After choosing your preferred shipping method, your total shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed. All shipping charges are your responsibility and are included in the total price of your order specified in the final check out screen. 
The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice, provided that if the actual shipping charge is more than the amount shown on your invoice, we will contact you with the correct shipping costs before processing your order, and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order. 

6. WHO PROVIDES THE SHIPPING SERVICES? 

The shipping services are provided by Amazon.com, Inc. 

7. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

As soon as your order is shipped, Amazon will send you a shipping confirmation indicating your personal tracking code.
