This was our second try at a leather collar & we have found the one. (First one was from a different seller & WAY too thick)
The width is exactly what we needed since she isn't a hug dog, but doesn't have a small neck circumference.
I added our own leather silencer between the tags & I REALLY like it has the extra loop to hold the end of the strap.

LOVE this collar! I got the purple color for my auburn labsky and it's SO pretty against her fur! She's a year old and super lanky so I wanted something that'd fit her but has some room for her to fill out, which this does - it's on the second tightest notch so she's got room but it's not too loose. Seems like a great quality too, especially for the price. The little loop that holds the extra length in place does scoot around, but it's not a big deal and I may just end up gluing it in place if it becomes annoying. Overall very happy, would highly recommend.

My dog is a black lab and I have dark wall-to-wall carpet. He also has a penchant for laying right in the walkway. When the lights weren't on yet and it was still dark out, I would trip over him trying to get to the light switch. With the light green of this collar, I can now avoid him. It is very sturdy and easy to put on and take off.

Bought for both of my dogs. They are holding up very well! My chihuahua mix has kind of sensitive skin and was scratching at her neck a lot with other collars. She did a little bit with this one, but rarely now. They’re fairly true to size. My puppy has already grown out of hers so I just ordered another one of these because I’m very satisfied with it. For the price, you can’t beat it.

I just ordered mine for a Halloween costume but it’s very nice quality I would totally order more. I love the option for the thicker collar since we have a large dog, they just look really nice. I’m sure the leather will soften after use so it’s more comfortable.

I painted this leather collar with Angelus paints and sealed it. The sizing was accurate and Teddy looks fabulous in it. It is not extremely pliable like a cotton woven collar.

Love this collar! My cream colored dog has not had any issues with it dying her fur. It is super durable without being too thickly padded. I dont have to worry the thick metal ring will snap on a walk. I prefer this buckle style since the adjustable ones always loosen themselves over time.

I absolutely love this collar! I measured my pitbull/chihuahua’s neck and it was 14”. So I got her the 15”-19” and in sept 29 it was delivered. It was just a little too big which was expected. Today on Oct 5 it fits her perfectly on the last hole but since she’s almost 6 months and still growing i’ll have to move it to the second hole today.

I bought this for my dog a few months ago and it has held up very well. I get a lot of compliments on it and it fits her perfectly, the size charts helped a lot when ordering for her. I ordered light blue and my dog loves going for walks in the woods, so of course, it has gotten dirty. It is hard to get the dirt stains out of the collar, but it is a dog collar, and not meant to look perfect. I like how durable it is and it does look really cute on her. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase and my dog doesn't mind it, so we are both happy.

Absolutely beautiful color. Nice thick leather that seems to be stitched well. I love that there are 3 ways to hold down the extra flap/length of collar after the buckle. We have had them for a couple weeks and they still look brand new. Definitely a good buy!

My girl loves her new collar aka “necklace” lol the leather is fantastic quality, there’s no chewing through this collar that’s for sure...It’s perfect, I’ll definitely be purchasing my male French Bulldog one also in the next coming week. The collar is cute but NOT practical for owners of PITBULLS that get chained up outside to go potty. Our dog is only a 25 pound pit and she pulled one good tug while chasing a squirrel and the collar ripped at the medal clasp.

I love this collar, I've been looking everywhere for a collar of this color and this was the only one that I found that I liked. My dogs stay outside all the time because they are shepherds. I can safely say that these collars are really durable and comfortable for my dogs.

This is a very well made collar. Stitching perfect. Grain and dyeing also. But I knew it was old school well made when I saw the leather tongue keeper was riveted and not stitched or glued or stapled.

I liked the fact it has a buckle. The other ones are good for a dog that doesn't pull but my dog pulls and no matter how many times I would tighten it, the collar still stretched. This collar with a buckle doesn't stretch no matter how hard she pulls

This collar and leash are possibly going to be too heavy for my small dog. He is 2 years old but only 14#. I needed sturdy because he pulls so fast and hard when he sees anything that might resemble prey. It should last a dog’s lifetime!

Love this collar on my dog! The little leather loop that hols down the tip of the collar moves around a lot so he often has a big collar tail flopping around. Color does not bleed on my dogs white neck at least! He’s an 85 lb pit/boxer blend, and all the ladies are smitten with his new fancy collar! One star off for sizing and leather loop.

I measured my dogs neck, and it fits perfectly. The color was vibrant, and true to the website photo. What disappoints me is that my dog has only been wearing it for 2 weeks, and there’s a section that has been rubbed away. Leather is supposed to be more resilient than that

I ordered the collar and the matching leash and have had it for about a week. Quality feels really nice and the color was exactly what I was looking for so quite happy.
A couple of notes though:
One thing I am upset about is that the loop to hold the extra length of the collar somehow has already fallen off and my dog only wears her collar for walks. Also, it seems to be a bit big on her so could go down a size which makes the fact that the loop has already come off a bit annoying as now the extra length just sort of flops around while on walks. Overall though for the price it’s not a bad product hence the 4 stars

Pros: Great collar and very sturdy, ordered a medium and it is set on tightest adjustment and is a little large for my 15lb Boston Terrier but good enough for now. Has nice leather smell as well. Ended up ordering another small.
Cons: The color bleeds when it gets wet and stains fur and I cant seem to wash it out with regular soaps.
