RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days from the time you receive your item to submit a return request.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—in order to be eligible for a return. A receipt or other form of proof of purchase is also required. (Typically, a confirmation is via email). A valid reason for a return, such as a defective item, receiving the wrong size, or receiving the wrong item, must also exist.
- Contact us at care@waudog.com to begin a return. If your return is approved, we will send you the specifics of the return address. Items returned to us without a return authorization will not be accepted. If applicable, we will refund the product cost along with the original outbound delivery fees, but you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES
In order for us to assess the situation and make things right, we ask that you inspect your order as soon as it is delivered and get in touch with us right away if anything is wrong, damaged, or defective.
We regretfully do not accept returns on sale items.
EXCHANGES
Returning the item you already own and buying the new item separately after the return has been approved is the quickest way to make sure you get what you want. Contact care@waudog.com to request all the help you need.
Once we've received and examined your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was approved by sending you a notification. You will automatically receive a refund using your original payment method if accepted. Please keep in mind that it might take a while for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund as well.
DELIVERY TERMS
We do not issue refunds for any shipped items that arrive within the allotted time frame outlined in our shipping policy.
