This company makes beautiful dog collars. This is our 4th collar and the quality is consistent from collar to collar. The collars are very durable and wear very well, i.e. after several years they still look great and wear to a beautiful patina. This is a strong recommendation because we live in the country and we take our dogs in the woods, creeks, and dirt paths and need to wash them regularly.

This is a very well made collar! The workmanship is great, and the leather is still supple and soft in spite of the width and it being new. I would suggest that if your dog's neck is right at 21" just know that it will be snug. Well worth the money, no question- excellent quality-- it's beautiful!

Looked a long time for the real sturdy leather deal. here in the U.S. extremely difficult to find because American companies are addicted with greediness for Chinese products and profits. Resulting in a huge selection of unnatural plastic and artificial materials, unpractical self winding flex leashes and nylon crap where one looks. This product is the ultimate collar for a loved dog. Super sturdy, extremely beautiful and real old style craftsmanship. You will not need another collar again. The best I have seen for at least 30 years. I will buy for all the other dogs we have. We are so happy that we found it and it is not made in China, where such products have never been a tradition since thousands of years. This is one of the best leather collars I have ever purchased. It is well made and the Brass parts are just great. My hound absolutely adored this collar and is very proud of it. I also purchased the 6 foot leash made by the same people and it is a perfect match. The collar is double layered with the soft leather on the inside and seems to very comfortable for my hound, when he gets to pull some and he takes me for a walk, he feels no discomfort. I highly recommend this collar for bigger doggies.

Well made! Looks beautiful. Make sure you measure your dog's neck! I used mink oil to darken the light brown leather, To fit my furbaby's color better. Do not condition with mink oil unless you want it darker. Definitely worth the money!

This is a beautiful collar, nicely padded on inside. I have a 30 lb. Standard Schnauzer the medium collar is a little big on the smallest hole but works and gives her room to grow. I am very pleased with this collar.

This is a beautifully tooled collar. Our German Shepherd boy must have recognized excellent quality. He was eager to try it on as soon as it was removed from the package. The width of the collar is perfect. We have always used rolled leather collars for our GSDs, but it has become impossible to find any decent ones.

Got this collar for my 60lb dog and it fits her good, is sturdy, and is good quality. It did have a plastic-like smell when opened but that went away after a few days of airing out. I've been using it for a few months now and it is still in the same good condition.

This collar looks really nice, but I have a few issues. I've had this collar for 3 months and it still smells a little rubber-y. It also takes 48 hours to dry and is extremely difficult to put on/off.
Update: after 6 months the collar is finally worn in and easier to get on and off and not rubbery smelling. I even got a second collar for my other dog! Here's to 6 more months of breaking in!

Great collar, only had it for about a month so can't provide a testament over time yet, but solid construction. I read all the reviews, and those would apply here (positive reviews about quality).
I honestly wanted the medium size that is 3/4" wide, but he measured out right at 18" diameter. The large 1" wide collar works perfect, he's on the smallest to second smallest size setting and it feels right.

Most of the collars for Large/Giant breeds are really thick. I didn’t like the way they fit my Bernese Mountain Dog puppy. This width is just perfect.Highly recommend!

Aw - my little shelter rescue looks so classy in this high quality leather collar. It doesn't bother his neck, because it is nicely padded on the inside. I'd rather spend the money on a quality product like this once than buy a bunch of cheaper collars that fray and look cheap over the dog's lifetime.

It had been delivered pretty fast. Our pooch started to use it the first day it arrived. Fast forward to 2 months and a lot of hikes & mountain adventures after, the double cushion became softer and more comfortable for our pooch to wear. The leather’s color also became richer. All in all, I would recommend this due to it’s good quality.

Loved all of it ,Except - that the beautiful tooled leather center which is what makes this collar unique - is Not Sewed in place and will unglue and come off . I had to sew it back in place.Thats why I give it a 4- due to poor durability of that part.

It’s a very good quality collar, very pretty leather, but the sizing on the size chart was not accurate. I measured my dogs neck at 18.5 inches, and added and extra inch for wiggle room as they suggested, and ordered the size large. When it arrived, even on the smallest hole, it was too big. I will need to exchange for a medium. If you find your dog is towards the middle of two sizes, I would suggested to size down.

Love this collar! The look and feel is exactly what I was looking for. However, I am only giving it 4 stars because of the sizing. I thought I ordered the large which it said it is 24”, but the collar I received says it’s 20”. Maybe they sent me a medium instead.. but now it barely fits my 6 month old, 50 pound golden retriever puppy on the last buckle hole. I’ve only had it for about a month now and will need to find a new collar for him soon since he is still growing.

I've had this collar for 5 months now and absolutely love it. I think we made the right decision there. This collar doesn't look too skinny or too wide to me.
The only thing I would say that might be a negative for some would be how much the collar stretches over time. It's leather so that's bound to happen some. We bought the large size for our dog. At first, the collar fit nicely on the second hole. We're now on the third hole and even that has started to become too loose. So far, so good though! Definitely worth the price.
