Olive is 9 months old and loves the snow! She has some more growing to do, so customer service helped me choose a coat that would be good for now and when she is full grown. She has a big chest and a small waist and a long back- so tricky to fix if not for the many options that WAUDOG offers. This coat is well worth it: zipper stays secure (no Velcro that comes apart) and keeps her chest warm!

The first one I ordered was too small and the second one I ordered was also that tiny inch too small…but instead of returning it, I adjusted it. My dog is a mutt, not a size that is an easy fit, her chest size was slightly larger, while her length is shorter! I love it but could you have a two way zipper? So I can unzip it down for a v-neck?

This coat is fabulous! Looks great on my baby, keeps her warm, and it’s the only coat I’ve ever bought her that she’s not dying to get off; in fact, she seems to want to stay in it even after we’re back home. Highly recommend! Pay very close attention to the wide range of size measurements they offer, we kept measuring her to know which one to buy and in the end we made the right decision and I’m grateful for the clear sizing they provided.

We bought two of these and they are great! I did have to put in button holes so that I could also use our dog harnesses. The addition of openings for harnesses would be a good one as most people use harnesses for dog walking. My only other wish was that these were made in the US. I was under the impression that they were made in Utah but they were actually shipped separately from China . I would gladly pay more to have them made in the US.

I am so delighted with these jackets. Boxers are a very difficult breed to fit due to their deep chests. These lightweight coats are warm and cozy. Size L65 fit my 65 pound boxers perfectly.

It is the best jacket I've found for our Pug. With his neck and chest being so thick it was difficult to find anything I could fasten around his neck. The only suggestion I have is to relocate the zipper to the back. It is a little difficult to get it zipped on a wiggly dog. Highly recommend this product.

Bought three of these for our cold Utah winter hikes and could not be happier! Originally interested in one for our pug as the smooth material will not catch on her short hair like sweaters and other fabrics, but got one for each of our other dogs (poodle mixes) to match. The sizing chart seemed odd, but we trusted it and they all fit great (3 different sizes). We love the little stuff sacks and they seem well made so far. We would definitely recommend these!

I think it is a great product, light weight but warm/cool depending on the weather. My only disappointment it that you have to zip it up under the dog's belly instead of on the back. I have a 100 pound Lab, have to feed her feet through the arm openings, adjust the air coat then reach under her chest and belly to zip her up. Tried doing the zipper on top but nothing lined up.

I was very sceptical regarding quality and sizing but I'm more than happy! It feels great and retains heat. We use it over a onesie walking in -35°C and Alfie the dog seems happy and comfortable!

Otto looks a little dubious here but, unusually for a dachshund, he really loves his coat, and it fits really well. I had to buy a new harness to go with it because there's no way to wear his old one underneath, but we are both really pleased. Plus, everybody and their dog stops to admire him!

What a lovely jacket for our little Frenchie!
It is well-made and has many good details to offer. We appreciate that this lightweight garment is easy to out on and take off, allows good underbody coverage while still allowing her ease of movement. Our dog seems to enjoy wearing it around. Our only suggestion, and we feel it is an important one, is that we would appreciate a pass through hole for the leash to clip onto the harness. We love the customer service offered by the folks and plan on spreading the word.

Such a fun, well-made coat for my pup! It's puffy, easy to put on, let's him move freely, and I love the reversability. My boy gets lots of compliments when he's being around town! He's a 120 lb Swissy, I bought the largest size (L65) and although it's snug, it just fits. I'd love to see one size bigger, and it would be beneficial if the manufactured put a placket between the zipper and the dog, as you do have to be careful not to catch fur while zipping it. All in all though, I'd def buy again, especially if they make one size larger.

Fits great. No restrictions on movement as can be seen. Vest cut in a way that big boy does not soil the vest when he urinates. It’s very lite weight. I worry when they horseplay about durability but so far so good.

Actually ordered 2 of them and only got one. The one fit my 6 pound chihuahua great but my 9 pound one needed the next size up (15 chest). Great fit! No issues getting the replacement sent out.

Unfortunately, our pup passed away right before Christmas after suffering from many health issues this past year, the most recent being a severe case of pancreatitis. The vests we bought him looked GREAT, and maybe someday, we will order them again for a new pup. I have since returned the 2 that I purchased.

I wanted to love this coat as much as all the other reviewer's, but I just can't. The material was perfect, my dog has sensitive skin, and his fur gets itchy. The puffer-type material was nice, and the stitching was great.
The issue I had with the coat was the sizing and with the zipper.
My dog is a 25 lb. Jack Russell/Beagle mix. I bought a size M45. The arm holes pulled too tightly across his chest and back, restricting movement. After waiting 30 days for the coat to arrive the first time, I am skeptical that if I order a bigger size, it will be too long on his back. The zipper being under the dog's chest & belly seems odd to me, it was harder to get the coat on him, than it would if it zipped up the back. I'm not sure if the cost of this coat justifies those issues for me...

I am now purchasing my third puffy jacket. I bought one for my 62lb. dog and one for my 13lb. terrier type dog. This jacket is seriously perfect. My dog is tough to size: with most coats a medium is wayyy too small, and then she is swimming in a large, so it's very frustrating finding things to fit her. She is a short, tank of a dog (pit bull/heeler mutt) and measured 26.5" around her chest. I took the advice to size up when in-between and purchased an M47. The fit was PERFECT, and she loves wearing it. The zipper took a little getting used to, but otherwise there were no hiccups and she is happy and warm for our winter walks.

Because I believe in using a harness, not a collar, I had to cut a slit in the back and sew it up. I wish it came with a zipper on the back so I wouldn’t have to do this.

The product itself is great, the sizing chart needs some work, if you can require more detail it would a huge benefit. The one ordered according to the sizing chart was too small. I could not exchange it (due to covid rules).

This coat is really perfect. It is made very well and fits perfectly. It took a month to receive it, and I had decided the company was a scam, but I now realize the company is in Ukraine, and it just sometimes takes a month to get here.
I got the turquise and black coat that zips up on the bottom. It is easier to keep the zipper started and put it over his head. It seems very warm and comfortable and yet lightweight.
You will want to have some sort of harness to put over it to attach a leash to. When he is not on leash I like the bright color so I can find him easily. Chico has several other warm vests, but I like this one best and have only been using it.
I wasn't as happy with the blue harness because it is not real flexible. It would probably work just fine on a larger dog.

This vest is a great layer for your cold prone dog. Goes in easily with a nice zipper and doesn’t constrict movement. I like that it doesn’t have a hood to get in her face. My dog is 9 lbs and I got an xs and it’s a great fit.

Ordered this after dealing with a crappy jacket for years. The jacket is super lightweight but definitely warm. I love that we can reverse it (especially in yucky weather) and that it comes with its own little carrying pouch, which make it easy to shove in a bag when its dirty while traveling. So far, no issues with the zipper or any of the stitching, etc. Size was as described, would purchase again.

I have a hairy dog and one that loves to be his side kick but he has way less fur. I took his chest measurements while he was laying down so it would have enough room for him to be comfortable. He is a boxer mix so his barrel chest but he is shorter than a full breed so it made it so difficult to find him something that didn't pull on his shoulders and chest. This is the best puffer vest ever. If its not as cold I unzip it and doesn't let him over heat but stays on. Plus he looks like a cool lil dog stylish popped collar Worth every penny.
