Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
To make an exchange or refund you should follow 2 steps:
1. Send us a e-mail request to email@example.com and ask about return label. We will send it to you electronically within 24 hours. After that you will be able to send us back your item.
2. Write us a short e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with notice that you have made a return, so we can start refund process as soon as received your item (we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.)
Need a different size, color or pattern? e-mail us at email@example.com so we will check if it`s possible to change your product.
Purchases (except swimwear and final sale items) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.
Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact!

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In case you received an order you’re not happy with please feel free to contact us and we’ll certainly resolve the issue, in any case.
However please be well informed, we’ve stopped taking orders back since the COVID-19 outbreak.
So you don’t have to send the parcel back. Instead, you can just tell us what’s wrong, we’ll look into the matter and provide a solution for you.
Reasons for having your order resent or receiving a refund:
- Delivery terms and deadlines violated significantly
- Product does not meet the declared characteristics
- Some items arrived damaged/are missing
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
With that being said, when addressing the issue to our customer support by email email@example.com please kindly provide some pictures of the item that caused you to look up the "Return & Refund" policy.
